RETURN POLICY (7 DAYS )

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • It must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

REFUND POLICY

Ø  Once an order is placed, cancellations are generally not permitted. However, in exceptional cases, we encourage you to contact our Customer Care Team, who will do their best to assist you.

If you are eligible for a refund or a promo code (as applicable), it will be issued according to the following guidelines:

  • For orders paid online or via credit/debit card at the time of delivery, the refund amount will be processed within 15–20 working days from the date of initiating the refund through your online account.

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method (same card/account) or provided as a promo code/store credit, depending on the most suitable circumstances as determined by us.

Please note that the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
